Precognition 101

Advice

When experiencing a precognitive moment, it is important to avoid over-analyzing and focus on receiving the information. If negative thoughts or anxieties arise, acknowledge them and let them go. It is also important to recognize that everyone is capable of experiencing precognition, which can help eliminate any nervousness.
Research suggests that it is beneficial to learn as much as possible about precognition and then stop thinking about it entirely, providing the subconscious mind with enough knowledge to stay calm during future precognitive experiences. This can help make future information more readily available and less likely to be denied.
The present can be compared to a dynamic equation that is inserted into a fixed future, meaning that some events may be difficult to prevent unless certain conditions are met. Research suggests that while it may be helpful to behave as if free will exists, the term “free won’t” may be more accurate, as there is a brief interval during impulsive actions where one can reject predetermined behaviors.
Individuals with a sense of self-determination tend to experience better outcomes than those who believe they are unable to change their lives. By acknowledging the limitations of free will and focusing on the choices available in the present moment, you can create a more positive future for yourself and others.
